What services are available?
The Australian Government subsidises the cost of home support services that you can receive in the comfort of your own home.
Depending on your care needs, services can be accessed through the Commonwealth Home Support Program or a Home Care Package.
We work in partnership with you to identify your priorities and provide you with assistance tailored to your unique needs. Our trusted and experienced care workers can help you or a loved one, so you have the freedom to maintain your lifestyle and connections with the community.

If you need help when you need to go shopping, our Care Workers can assist you or alternatively you can provide them with a list and they can do your shopping for you.

Respite services or short-term care
Our respite services are there to support you and your carer to give you both a break. It could be a few hours or days and depends on your situation.
Garden and Home Services
Meals and Cooking
If you are unable to cook for yourself, we can arrange for meals to be delivered to your home. We can also come to your home to cook a meal for you.
Laundry
We can help with support around the home with your washing, ironing and making sure everything is put neatly away.
Cleaning
We can provide a range of domestic assistance to help keep your home safe and clean.
Gardening and Home Maintenance
Our gardeners can help with weeding, pruning and lawn mowing to keep your garden safe.
Health and Personal Care
Personal Care
We can help you look and feel your best with personal care services delivered with respect and dignity. We place your well-being first with services including dressing and grooming, personal hygiene, showering and bathing, and supporting toileting needs.
Nursing
Our team of experienced nurses deliver the highest quality care and will work collaboratively with you and your General Practitioner, or other medical services, to help keep your health on track. We understand the importance of keeping you well and helping you manage your health conditions.
Podiatry, Physio and Other
Our therapy services help maintain and promote general well-being and independent living. Therapy services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, dietitian services, speech therapy and podiatry, as well as home modifications, exercise programmes and pain management.
Continence management and aids
Our team can help with support for urinary and faecal incontinence, as well as advise around aids
