Aged Care homes provide a safe and secure place for people who require 24-hour support. A team of nurses, care workers, therapists and other health professionals provide high-quality care. You may be eligible for Aged Care funding to access these services. To determine what level of funding you are eligible for, you will need to complete an assessment through the Government’s Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).

When you become a Bethanie village resident, you are responsible for the following:
- Contents Insurance for the residence and workers compensation insurance (if you wish to employ and source your own trades people or domestic assistance)
- Any personal use of gas, electricity, phone, internet, Foxtel and any other services provided to the residence.
- You must keep the residence and it’s fixtures and fittings in good repaid subject to fair wear and tear. The resident is responsible for internal maintenance, rear garden/outdoor area and cleaning of the home.
Our Bethanie villages are pet friendly and may be permitted on the approval and discretion of the Village Owner. Guide dogs for the blind and hearing impaired are permitted.
This is your home, so family and friends are welcome to stay with you. If your visitor is staying for an extended time for example 30 days you will need to let the village manager know as we will need to discuss and document this. We need to be mindful of who is staying in the village for other residents and your neighbours.
